Zoning Code: County - Agriculture <br /> <br />Exemption: RS-10, Residential Single Family with a minimum <br />lot size of 10,000 square feet on lands zoned - Agriculture. <br /> <br />2. Subdivision Code: <br /> <br />Exemption: That the typical private roadway standards be as <br />shown on the plan attached as Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />3. Subdivision Code: <br /> <br />Exemption: That the number of lots that access a private <br />dead end roadway standards be as shown on the plan attached <br />as Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />4. Land Use Boundary Amendments: SLUC - Agriculture <br /> <br />Exemption: Urban use on State Land Use Designation - <br />Agriculture lands. Exemption from Hawai'i Revised Statutes, <br />Sections 205-3.1(c) and 205-3.1(d), district boundary <br />amendments involving land areas of 15 acres or less, and <br />Hawai'i County Code, Chapter 28, State Land Use District <br />Boundary Amendment Procedures. <br /> <br />0684H.EST <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
