<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />12.1 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS WITHIN SUNRISE <br />ESTATES SUBDIVISION FROM SUNRISE ESTATES JOINT VENTURE, TAX MAP KEY <br />NOS. (3)2-7-74:011 AND 2-5-06:149, TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SUNRISE ESTATES JOINT VENTURE, a Hawaii joint venture, is the <br /> <br />developer ofthe Sunrise Estates Subdivision, Unit I-A, and the owner of those certain roadway <br /> <br />lots located in South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key <br /> <br />Nos. (3)2-4-74:011 and 2-5-06:149, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and <br /> <br />delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SUNRISE ESTATES JOINT VENTURE has constructed all subdivision <br /> <br />improvements as required for final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, SUNRISE ESTATES JOINT VENTURE has received approval from the <br /> <br />County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning <br /> <br />Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating <br /> <br />the subject parcels to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code; <br /> <br />and <br />
