(3)7-6-18:111, TO THE <br />COUNTY OF HA WAIl. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ALII KAI, INC., a Hawaii corporation, is the developer of the Alii Kai <br /> <br />Subdivision, and the owner of those certain roadway lots located in Holualoa, Kona, County and <br /> <br />State of Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-6-18:111, being more <br /> <br />particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ALII KAI, INC. has constructed all subdivision improvements as required <br /> <br />for final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ALII KAI, INC. has received approval from the County of Hawaii's <br /> <br />Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning Department for the <br /> <br />improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcels to <br /> <br />the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code; <br /> <br />and <br />
