<br />.. . .. . <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration is further <br />authorized to enter into a five year lease with Kamehameha <br />Schools Bishop Estate for lands to be utilized for the <br />"Quarantine Program". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration be <br />authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with <br />DOA and the University of Hawaii to describe the <br />responsibilities to be undertaken by each agency to <br />implement the Papaya Quarantine Program. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration is further <br />authorized to license said lands to permittees in <br />accordance with the selection process established by the <br />"Quarantine Program". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be <br />transmitted to the Honorable Stephen K.
