SHIGEOKA AND CLAIRE A. SHIGEOKA, <br />CO- TRUSTEES UNDER DEED OF TRUST DATED MA Y 25, 1990, FOR THE BENEFIT OF <br />THE SHIGEOKA FAMILY; CHRISTOPHER BRILHANTE; STEPHEN PERRY AND <br />ROBYN PERRY; MICHELLE BRILHANTE; WILLIAM BRILHANTE; CRAIG T. <br />HAMAMOTO AND KARL YN L. HAMAMOTO; TAX MAP KEY (3)2-2-045:152, TO THE <br />COUNTY OF HA WAIl. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Craig S. Shigeoka and Claire A. Shigeoka, Co-Trustees under Deed of Trust <br /> <br />dated May 25, 1990, for the benefit of The Shigeoka Family; Christopher Brilhante, single; <br /> <br />STEPHEN PERRY and ROBYN PERRY, husband and wife; MICHELLE BRILHANTE, single; <br /> <br />WILLIAM BRILHANTE, unmarried; and CRAIG T. HAMAMOTO and KARL YN L. <br /> <br />HAMAMOTO, husband and wife (hereinafter collectively referred to as "developers"), are the <br /> <br />developers of the Ho'onani Subdivision, and the owners of that certain roadway lot located in <br /> <br />Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key (3)2-2-045:152, being <br /> <br />more particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developers have constructed all subdivision improvements as required <br /> <br />for final subdivision approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the developers have received approval from the County of Hawaii's <br /> <br />Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning Department for the <br /> <br />improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcel to <br /> <br />the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br />
