No. 176 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 2:00 P.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 46720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 176, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 176, transmitted jointly with Bill No. ]60 by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, <br /> via Communication No. 553, dated October 16, 1997, authorizes the County of Hawaii to enter <br /> into an agreement with the State of Hawaii, Department of Business, Economic Development <br /> and Tourism for an energy coordinator program. <br /> The Energy Coordinator Program has resulted in the implementation of cost effective energy <br /> efficiency measures within County operations and the community.
