. COUNTY OF HAWAII . STATE OF HAWAII -- .. ... RESOLUTION RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF PARK SITE WITHIN ALII KAI SUBDIVISION FROM ALII KAI, INC., TAX MAP KEY NO. (3)7-6-19:034 (PORTION), TO THE COUNTY OF HA WAIl. WHEREAS, ALII KAI' INC., a Hawaii corporation, is the developer of the Alii Kai Subdivision, and the owner of Lot A located in Holualoa, Kona, County and State of Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-6-19:034, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and WHEREAS, ALII KAI' INe. has graciously donated this real property to the County of Hawaii, and the Department of Parks and Recreation is willing to accept the site; and WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that the Council may accept gifts which include the dedication of land on behalf of the County of Hawaii; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii accepts the donation of real property identified as Tax Map Key No. (3)7-6-19:034 (portion) from Alii Kai, Inc. for a park site.
