<br />~ @'. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />, RESOLUTION NO.~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF COUNTY LANDS FOR <br />AGRICUL TURAL USES BY SEALED BIDS OR NEGOTIATIONS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article 19, Section 2-111, of the Hawaii County Code provides that the <br />County Council may by resolution approved by a majority of its members, dispose of real <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2-1: 13 and 2-114 of the Hawaii County Code, the <br />County Council may authorize the Director of Finance through sealed bids or negotiations to <br />lease County owned lands; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County desires to lease those lands identified in Exhibit A, herein attached; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii has received inquiries about the leasing of these properties on <br />a long-term basis. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII that it approves the leasing of those County lands delineated in Exhibit A for <br />agriculture uses by sealed bids or negotiations. <br />
