No. 552Bi11 No. 159 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 2:00 P.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 159, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 159, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 552, <br /> dated October 16, 1997, amends Ordinance 97-82, as amended, the Capital Budget ending <br /> June 30, 1998, by adding the following project: <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Kealakehe Sewage Effluent $4,500,000 <br /> 110-699-5697.62-115 <br /> Funds for this project shall be provided from: <br /> General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund, $4,500,000 <br /> <br /> Fund Balance and/or Other Sources <br /> <br /> Funds for this project have lapsed, however, the project is still incomplete.
