Ford 'xis }~_ _ <br />Council Member a--~ °~ <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Amending Resolution No. 776-08 Relating to Transferring <br />Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 7). <br />F,nclosed is a resolution that amends Resolution No. 776-08, which transferred $3,000 from <br />Council District 7 Contingency Relief funds to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney OCE for <br />the Island of Hawaii YMCA. <br />The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney has requested the organization title change. <br />Resolution No. 776-08 initially appropriated funds to the Kona Family YMCA.
