No. 161 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:35 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 161, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 161, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 498, dated September l8, 1997, creates an Account Clerk position for the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation, Administrative Division. <br /> Due to an increase of new positions, temporary appointments and summer fun employees, the <br /> personnel and accounting/fiscal sections have had difficulty in keeping up with their expanded <br /> workload.
