TIFFE provides training to all contractors <br />statewide. <br />The following table illustrates the amount of direct service staff currently employed for the Healthy <br />Start Program. This amount represents the numbers of direct service staff persons left after the <br />initial staff lay-offs that occurred in September, 2008 following the budget restriction.
