AND <br />1-8-004-008(POR.). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the MOUNTAIN VIEW ROAD MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION is <br /> <br />the owner of real properties in Olaa, District of Puna, Island <br /> <br />and County of Hawaii, specifically Tax Map Key Numbers <br /> <br />(3)1-8-004-110(por.), consisting of approximately 0.671 acre; <br /> <br />1-8-004-112(por.), consisting of approximatley 0.667 acre; and <br /> <br />1-8-004-008(por.), consisting of approximately 1.992 acres; being <br /> <br />more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and delineated on <br /> <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mountain View Road Maintenance Association has <br /> <br />graciously donated this property to the County of Hawaii; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is accepting the roadway <br /> <br />easements in order to widen its right-of-way along South Kopua <br /> <br />Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County <br /> <br />Charter provides that ~he Council, on behalf of the County of <br /> <br />Hawaii, may accept gif~s or donations of real property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br />OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of <br /> <br />the Hawaii County Charter, the County of Hawaii accepts the <br />
