<br />-, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> <br />HA WAIl that it dispenses with the enforcement of Chapter 24, Section 24-216, of the Hawaii <br /> <br />County Code 1983, for a 12 hour period beginning at 8:00 a.m. February 21, 1998, at the <br /> <br />metered parking area on Kamehameha Avenue mauka parking area between Kalakaua and Haiti <br /> <br />streets in downtown Hilo, in order to accommodate the Twelfth Annual Hilo Mardi Gras. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii transmit copies of <br /> <br />this Resolution to the Honorable Stephen K. Yamashiro, Mayor of the County of Hawaii, Ms. <br /> <br />Donna Fay K.
