DUNGATE, TAX MAP KEY (3)7-3-08:032, TO THE <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE, husband and wife, <br /> <br />are the developers and owners of that certain roadway lot located in Kaloko, North Kona, <br /> <br />Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Key (3)7-3-08:032, being more particularly described <br /> <br />in Exhibit A and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE have constructed <br /> <br />all subdivision improvements as reql:lired for final subdivision approval, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PETER C. DUNGATE and ANGELICA L. DUNGATE have received <br /> <br />approval from the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works and the Planning <br /> <br />Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating <br /> <br />the subject parcels to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code, <br /> <br />and <br />
