COUNTY OF ~IAWAI`I <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 43 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 08-79, AS AMENDED, RELATING <br />TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JULY 1, 2008 TO JUNE 30, 2009. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 08-79, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009, <br />is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation for the following project: <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />DPW Facilities Repair & Maintenance <br />(110.199.5199.35) [$ 2,420,000] $ 7,420 000 <br />SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - <br />Fund Balance and/or other Sources <br />$ 5,000,000 <br />SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being <br />amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation. <br />SECTION 4.
