<br />~,-~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~3___~~~J!_ <br /> <br />'--- ,\ - ~, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOT WITlllN <br />PIIHONUA CAMPS 4 AND 5, FROM PIIHONUA CAMP CORPORATION, TAX MAP <br />KEY (3)2-6-09:005 (pORTION), TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PIIHONUA CAMP CORPORATION, a Hawaii nonprofit corporation, is <br /> <br />the developer of the Piihonua Camp Conversion Project, and the owner of that certain roadway <br /> <br />lot located in Piihonua, South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax <br /> <br />Map Key (3)2-6-09:005 (portion), being more particularly described in Exhibit A and delineated <br /> <br />on Exhibit B attached hereto~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PIIHONUA CAMP CORPORATION has constructed all subdivision <br /> <br />improvements as required for final subdivision approval~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PIIHONUA CAMP CORPORATION has received approval from the <br /> <br />County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and the Planning <br /> <br />Department for the improvements made to the subject property, and are desirous of dedicating <br /> <br />the subject parcel to the County of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road and drainage improvements have been completed according <br /> <br />to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for dedication~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road and drainage improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of the subdivision code, <br /> <br />and <br />
