This project includes the <br />construction of a replacement warehouse for the Hamakua Road Baseyard and will be . <br />used for storage space and for current equipment and supplies. This appropriation may <br />be funded 100% by the federal stimulus package or may be funded by general obligation <br />bonds or other sources. <br />The Department of Public Works is requesting to waive the Finance Committee and to have <br />this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for March 3, 2009.
