IT'd <br />:: , ; o t <br />7^ <br /> o <br /> <br />Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance adding the North Hilo &Hamakua Highway <br />Maintenance Building project for $2,147,000 to this fiscal year's Capital Budget. This <br />project includes the construction of a new North Hilo/Hamakua Road (Highways) baseyard <br />facility at a site in Pa'auilo. This appropriation may be funded 100% by the federal <br />stimulus package or may be funded by general obligation bonds or other sources. <br />The Department of Public Works is requesting to waive the Finance Committee and to have <br />this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for March 3, 2009.
