BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The project may be 100% Stimulus funding or may be funded by general obligation bonds or other <br />sources. <br />We are requesting to waive hearing this Bill at the Finance Committee and proceed directly to Council, <br />as the project is "shovel ready".
