No. 120 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:45 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution 120, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 120, transmitted by Chief Engineer Donna Fay K. Kiyosaki, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 379, dated June 24, 1997, authorizes the acceptance of a donation from Certified Coatings. <br /> Certified Coatings has graciously donated a Model 5337 Xerox copier, a Grimmer Schmidt 125 <br /> CFM air compressor with a 901b. breaker, and a Honda EM generator with a Hilte TE 75 rotary <br /> hammer to the County of Hawaii Department of Public Works. The aforementioned machinery <br /> is collectively valued at $30,000. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, the council, on behalf of <br /> the county, may accept gifrs of donations or personal property. <br /> Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 120 and <br /> recommends its adoption.
