No. 109Bi1125 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br />Communication No. 109, regarding Bi112, reports as follows: <br />Bi1124, transmitted by Director of Public Works, Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication No. 109, dated <br />January 9, 2009 amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-274.1, Schedule 22.1 <br />(Traffic signal systems), paragraph (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br />amended), by adding the following, to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />" {~ Mohouli StreeUKumukoa Street " <br />There was no testimony from the public on this proposed bill. <br />Committee Chair Brenda J. Ford relinquished her seat to Council member Dominic Yagong. Vice Chair <br />Kelly Greenwell was absent and excused for this meeting. <br />Pursuant to Communication No. 109, this amendment is necessary to update the Hawaii County Code <br />with the new traffic signal on Mohouli Street/Kumukoa Street. <br />PWIRC RPT NO. 11 <br />
