COMMITTEE ON FINANCE <br /> REPORT 103 <br /> (AMENDED) <br /> By a motion duly made and seconded, the County Council <br /> amended Finance Committee Report 103, by inserting a paragraph, <br /> "Mr. Tyler moved to defer the measure pending the <br /> completion of a mandatory program review and receipt of <br /> additional information requested from the Police <br /> Department in regard to public concerns and allegations, <br /> however, his motion was defeated."; <br /> and also deleted a portion of the second to the last paragraph, <br /> "who felt the grant monies were not expended properly.", <br /> as requested by Councilmember Curtis Tyler.
