Cabral Road Remnant "A" outlined in green on the attached map, for that portion of their <br />property outlined in pink on the attached map, subject to the following conditions: 1) an <br />easement in favor of the Water Board of the County of Hawaii over Road Remnant "A" to <br />maintains its waterline within said road remnant, will be reserved in the transfer; and 2) the <br />County of Hawaii will assume all other costs involved in the exchange. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawaii is directed to <br />transmit copies of this resolution to (1) the Honorable William P.
