No. 311 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> <br /> TIME: 1 I :30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 91, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 91, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 311, dated April 29, 1997, increases the time element and reallocation of the Building <br /> Custodian I 1/2't position to Park Caretaker Ifull-time, to cover the weekend shift in the North <br /> Kohala District. <br /> Currently, the North Kohala District does not have a weekend park caretaker to clean various <br /> parks. With the addition of five (5) acres to the Hisaoka Gym area and increased visitation to the <br /> King Kamehameha Statue, maintenance is done on the weekend by full-time employees who are <br /> willing to work overtime.
