COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR JULY 1, 2009 TO JUNE 30, 2010. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts to be received from the sale of general obligation <br />bonds, and other sources are hereby appropriated to the projects and for the purposes designated <br />in Section 2. <br />CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND <br />Amount <br />Federal Grants Receivable $ 21,710,000 <br />General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects <br />Fund Balance, and/or Other Source $140,172,000 <br />Total $161,882,000 <br />Section 2.
