No. 287 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:40 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 85, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 85, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> No. 287, dated April 23, 1997, increases the time element of a Recreation Technician II 2/ST to <br /> 1/2T for the Skeet and Trap Range. <br /> Presently, the Skeet and Trap Range is open to the public for eight (8) hours each on Saturdays <br /> and Sundays.
