No. 286 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:40 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 84, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 84, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 286, dated April 23, 1997, increases the time element of a Recreation Technician II 2/ST to <br /> 3/4T and creating two (2) Recreation Technician II 2/ST positions for the Kona Gym. <br /> Due to the increased use of the Kona Sports Complex and Administration's request to open on <br /> weekends, the need to have additional staff and added staff hours is crucial.
