Salary Ordinance of 2009 <br />Page 7 <br />SECTION 11. Severability. If any section or any part or clause of any section of this <br />ordinance be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not affect the <br />validity thereof which can be given effect without that so decided to be unconstitutional or invalid. <br />SECTION 12.
