COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />7~ ®9 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Kanehoa subdivision's (South Kohala district) volunteer fire fighter <br />company was established per resolution 490-08; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fire Department has requested funds to purchase two radios and eight <br />pagers to help the volunteer firefighters with training and wildfire prevention; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br />the Fire Department to be used towards the purchase of the above equipment; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $6,500 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $6,500 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.221.5226.02 Fire Department $6,500 <br />Training and Volunteer Fire <br />(Kanehoa Volunteer Firefighters) <br />
