Section 25-88, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following subject area situated at Keekee 2nd, <br /> <br />Ilikahi, Kanakau 1st and 2nd, and Kalukalu 1st, 2nd and 3rd, South Kona, Hawaii, shall <br /> <br />be Resort (V -6.0): <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northwesterly comer of this parcel ofland at a point bearing <br />300033' 20" 399.34 feet from an angle point on the Easterly boundary of the State Land <br />Use Conservation District, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br />Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU OHAU" being 1,636.53 feet South and <br />1,386.52 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br />Thence, for the next fifteen (15) courses following along the remainder of Grant <br />1745 to John Cavanah: <br /> <br />1. 2260 00' 604.00 feet to a point; <br />2. 3160 00' 319.00 feet to a point; <br />3. 3530 00' 80.00 feet to a point; <br />4. 160 00' 290.00 feet to a point; <br />5. 670 00' 275.79 feet to a point; <br />6. 1570 00' 50.27 feet to a point; <br />7. 670 00' 144.00 feet to a point; <br />
