In lieu of <br />paying the fair share contribution. the applicant may construct and contribute <br />land. improvements/facilities related to parks and recreation. fire. solid waste <br />disposal facilities. and roads within the region impacted by the prQposed <br />development. subject to the approval of the Plannin~ Director. The cost of <br />constructin~ the improvements and the fair market value of land contributed <br />required in Condition K shall be credited a~ainst the sum specified in Condition <br />N(4) for road and traffic improvements.
