Council Member Pete Hoffmann stated that <br /> while he was in favor of the application, he would be voting against the application due to his <br /> opinion regarding fair share assessments. Council Member Kelly Greenwell stated that he felt is <br /> unfair to "hold applicants hostage" because of one Council Member's stance on fair share <br /> assessments. Mr. Greenwell stated that he too, had reservations about the current system. He <br /> stated that he wished the matter would be settled once and for all, but that he would be voting in <br /> support of the application since it was a good project.
