<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 58 <br />(Draft 13) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />97 85 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW AIl: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 <br />(Parking prohibited during certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), <br />subsection (f) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />"U Kaleiopapa Street. mauka side. beginning at a point four hundred ten <br />feet north of Ehukai Street and extending four hundred ten feet in the <br />northerly direction. at all times. except between 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br />on Tuesdays and Fridays" <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the <br />underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this. ordinance, or the application thereof to <br />any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other <br />provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the <br />invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are <br />declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
