<br />7 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />E. Restrictive covenant in the deeds of all the proposed residential lots within the <br />subject property shall prohibit the construction of an ohana dwelling or a second <br />dwelling unit on each lot. A copy of the proposed covenant shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the issuance of Final <br />Subdivision Approval. A copy of the approved covenant shall be recited in an <br />instrument executed by the applicant and the County in conjunction with the <br />issuance of Final Subdivision Approval for any portion of the subject property. <br />A copy of the recorded document shall be filed with the Planning Director upon <br />its receipt from the Bureau of Conveyances. <br /> <br />F. In conjunction with Final Subdivision Approval for any portion of the subject <br />property, the following roadway extensions of Oneone Street and Ke' oke' 0 <br />Street fronting the subject property shall be constructed to County dedicable <br />standards, meeting with the approval of the Department of Public Works: <br /> <br />I. Oneone Street shall be extended to the subject property's northern <br />boundaries and the applicant, its successors, or assigns shall dedicate its <br />ownership interest in such improved roadway lot to the county upon its <br />request; and <br /> <br />2. Ke'oke'o Street shall be extended within the subject property to connect <br />with the roadway abutting its northern boundary to an alignment and <br />design approved by the Department of Public Works. The applicant, its <br />successors, or assigns shall dedicate its ownership interest in such <br />improved roadway lot to the County upon its request. <br /> <br />G. Access to all lots within the proposed subdivision and all interior roads shall be <br />constructed, meeting with the approval of Department of Public Works. <br />Improvements within the proposed subdivision shall include underground <br />utilities. <br />
