No. 114 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 1 I:10 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 114, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 114, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated January 8, 1997, <br /> nominates Mr. Raymond G. Carvalho II, of Puna, to the Hawaii County Liquor Commission. <br /> A 49-year resident of Hawaii, Mr. Carvalho will replace Eleanor J. G. Morita, whose term <br /> expired December 31, 1996. Mr. Carvalho has been the owner of Carvalho's Plumbing Service, <br /> and has been the General Contractor for RGC Contracting since 1980. He is active in the <br /> Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3830, Vietnam Memorial Committee, St. Joseph's Alumni <br /> Association, and the Hui Hanalike Community Association.
