No. 102 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:10 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 102, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 102, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated January 14, 1997, <br /> requests for confirmation the reappointment of Richard Wurdeman as Corporation Counsel for <br /> the County of Hawaii. <br /> Mr. Wurdeman is a licensed attorney who has served as Corporation Counsel for the past four <br /> years. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Article V, Chapter 2, Section 5-2.2 of the Hawaii County Charter, the corporation <br /> counsel shall be appointed by the mayor, confirmed by the council and may be removed by the <br /> mayor with the approval of the council.
