8. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br />audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br />Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br />9. Grantee shall comply with the non- <br />discrimination requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and <br />Safe Street Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, national origin, religion, and sex; Title <br />VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits <br />discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, and national origin; Section 504 of the <br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits based on <br />disability; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 which <br />prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in training or <br />education programs; and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 <br />which prohibits discrimination in the delivery of services or <br />benefits on the basis of age; Department of Justice regulations <br />on disability (nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in . <br />the state and local government services, public accommodations <br />and commercial facilities, and accessibility standards), 28 <br />C.F.R.
