COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~B 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUNll ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br />DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, due to the greatly increased interest in senior softball activities island-wide; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the County is initiating the very first attempt to organize senior softball <br />activities for individuals above 70 years of age; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of balls, lime, and <br />bases for the first-ever 70+ senior softball for Hawaii County; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $1,200 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.510].91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $1,200 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5519.92 Parks and Recreation $1,200 <br />EDA Special Programs OCE <br />(70+ Senior Softball) <br />
