No. 87 ' <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:10 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 32, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 32, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 31 by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via <br /> Communication No. 87, dated January 8, 1997, authorizes the issuance of general obligation <br /> bonds for the purpose of securing payment of a loan for the qualified wastewater projects of the <br /> County made in Ordinance 96-68, as follows: <br /> Pauka'a Community Collector Sewer $2,500,000.00 <br /> Waiakea Houselot Collector Sewer 6.900.000.00 <br /> Total Issuance of General Obligation Bonds $9,400,000.00 <br /> Bill No. 31 first surfaced at January 21, 1997 Finance Committee meeting.
