No. 89, <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:43 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 24, reports as Follows: <br /> Resolution No. 24, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 89, dated January 9, 1997, authorizes the appropriation and use of prior year funds due to a <br /> modiScation of a contract. <br /> Resolution No. 24 states that in the fiscal year ended June 30, 1996, $7500.00 was encumbered <br /> in the Waipio Valley Road Project account. In the current fiscal year, contract 95135 was <br /> modified due to a change in scope of work, resulting in the formerly encumbered funds to appear <br /> as an unexpended allotment. Because, these funds are still needed, Resolution No. 24 authorizes <br /> <br /> the following amount to be appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND ACCOUNT NO.
