No. 82 ' <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:43 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 22, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 22, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication <br /> <br /> No. 82, dated December 27, 1996, seeks the Council's approval to transfer ownership of the Hilo <br /> Foreign-Trade Zone Wazehouse Building, to the State of Hawaii Department of Business <br /> Economic Development and Tourism. <br /> Resolution No. 22 states that the State of Hawaii granted the County Department of Research and <br /> Development $790,200.00 for construction of the building, situated on State land identified as <br /> TMK 2-1-12:009 (Por.), Lot 19B.
