Access to the subject property from and any improvements within the Akoni <br /> <br /> <br />Pule Highway shall be constructed meeting with the requirements and approval <br /> <br />of the State Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />G. Roadway connections to adjoining parcels shall be provided meeting with the <br /> <br />approval of the Department of Public Works and shall be indicated on the fInal <br /> <br />subdivision plat map. <br /> <br /> <br />H. All roadways within the proposed subdivision shall meet with the requirements <br /> <br /> <br />of the Subdivision Code. Improvements within the proposed subdivision shall <br /> <br /> <br />include underground utilities. <br /> <br /> <br />I. A drainage study of the project site, if required, shall be prepared for review <br /> <br /> <br />and approval by the Department of Public Works, prior to submittal of plans for <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision review. Drainage improvements, if required, shall be constructed <br /> <br /> <br />or bonded in a manner meeting with the approval of the Department of Public <br /> <br /> <br />Works prior to the issuance of Final Subdivision Approval. <br /> <br /> <br />J. The applicant, its successors or assigns shall prepare a Solid Waste Management <br /> <br /> <br />Plan prior to securing Final Subdivision Approval for the proposed development <br /> <br /> <br />within the subject property meeting with the approval of the Department of <br /> <br /> <br />Public Works. A copy of the approved Plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Department for its fIles. <br /> <br /> <br />K. To ensure that the goals and policies of the Housing Element of the General <br /> <br /> <br />Plan are implemented, the applicant shall secure the concurrence of the OffIce <br /> <br /> <br />of Housing and Community Development that the applicant's affordable housing <br />-5- <br />
