Access: Existing accesses to the properties are from Manono Street, which has 20 to 22- <br /> foot wide pavement within a 50-foot wide right-of-way and Hinano Street, which has a <br /> <br /> 20 to 22 foot wide pavement within a 40-foot wide right-of-way. The applicant is <br /> required construct roadway improvements along Mariano Street and Hinano Street. <br /> <br /> 26. Water System: County water is available to the property. <br /> 27. Wastewater System: The property is connected to the County's sewer system. <br /> <br /> 28. Solid Waste: Solid waste will be handled by commercial haulers. <br /> 29. Police, Fire and Emergency Services: The property will be served by the Hilo Central <br /> <br /> Fire Station located on Kinoole Street or the 24-hour substation at Waiakea and <br /> supported by the additional substation at Kawailani. The Police Headquarters is located <br /> <br /> on Kapiolam Street, approximately two miles from the property. The Hilo Medical <br /> Center is located approximately 3 miles from the property. <br /> <br /> 30. Other Essential Utilities: Telephone, electrical and cable services are available to the <br /> subject property. <br /> <br /> AGENCIES - NO COMMENTS <br /> 31.
