Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawaii, shall be Neighborhood Commercial (CN-lO): <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southwest comer of this parcel of land, on the easterly side of Kilauea <br />Avenue, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br />Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 9,007.47 feet South and 9,828.59 feet East, thence <br />running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br />1. 1750 40' <br /> <br />360.00 feet along the easterly side of Kilauea <br />Avenue; <br /> <br />2. 2650 40' <br /> <br />242.00 feet along Lot 7 of Block 501 ofWaiakea <br />Homestead Houselots; <br /> <br />3. 3550 40' <br /> <br />360.00 feet along Lots 11 and 12 of Block 501 of <br />Waiakea Homestead Houselots; <br /> <br />4. 850 40' <br /> <br />242.00 feet along Lot 4 of Block 501 ofWaiakea <br />Homestead Houselots to the point of <br />beginning and containing an area of 2.000 <br />acres. <br /> <br />97- /05 <br />
