No. 29 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:47 A.M. <br /> Chairman and Members <br /> Hawaii County Counci] <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 29, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Communication No. 29, transmitted by Mayor Stephen K. Yamashiro, dated <br /> December 10, 1996, nominates Mr. Clarence Mills, of Council District 9, to the Hawaii <br /> County Police Commission. <br /> A life-time resident of Hawaii, Mr. Mills will replace Wray T. Straus, whose term <br /> expired December 31, 1996. Mr. Mills has been with the State Department of Education <br /> since 1966, and is currently the Deputy District Superintendent.
