<br />. <br /> <br />t~ <br /> <br />if} <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 107 <br />(Draft 2) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97 11. 7 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-2 (NORTH AND SOUTH KONA <br />DISTRICT ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br />AGRICULTURAL (A-20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A-7a) AT KALOKO, NORTH KONA, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-26:4. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br /> <br />Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (A-7a): <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly comer of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Southwesterly comer of Lot 9 of this subdivision and being the Northeasterly comer of <br />Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File Plan 1432), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "MOANUIAHEA" being 12,614.67 feet South and 3,942.67 feet East and <br />running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br /> <br />1. 450 00' <br /> <br />923.58 feet along Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko <br />Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File <br />Plan 1432) and along the remainder of <br />Royal Patent 8214, Land Commission <br />Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lota <br />Kamehameha to a point; <br /> <br />2. 1350 00' <br /> <br />910.00 feet along the Northeasterly side of Hao <br />Street to a point; <br /> <br />3. 2250 00' <br /> <br />1,003.19 feet along Lot 8 of Block 7 of Kaloko <br />Mauka Subdivision, Increment 2 (File Plan <br />1010) and along the remainder of Royal <br />Patent 8214, Land Commission <br />Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lota <br />Kamehameha to a point; <br />
