Funds for these projects shall be provided from the <br />Fund Balance - Fuel Tax 88-92 Account [2271.22] of the Capital Projects <br />Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br />ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared <br />to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
