<br />,+ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />,~ <br /> <br />.- <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />.STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 126 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97 130 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA WAIl: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 9, section 24-295, schedule 43 (Bicycle <br />routes), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />L.l Kalanianaole Street. Kamehameha A venue to Lokoaka Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTI ON 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
