Funds for these projects shall be provided from the <br />Fund Balance - Fuel Tax 94-96 Account [2271.25] of the Capital Projects <br />Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such <br />invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance <br />which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and <br />to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 5.
